Are You an Influencer Sales Rockstar?

We all know the entire buying process has changed, yet so many salespeople are still selling the way they did 5 or even 10 years ago. During this program we will show sales professionals how to engage prospects earlier, improve their personal brand, write better proposals or RFP responses and ultimately close more sales.

Key Takeaways:

  • Using technology to make us more valuable – to our prospects, clients, and employers!
  • Branding yourself as an influencer – important first step
  • Find the right prospects using new tech
  • Engage the right prospects earlier using YOU
  • Growing revenues by combining digital marketing, social and sales
  • Reawaken your passion for building relationships and sales

Influencer Sales

Holly spent 15 years in the hotel industry – primarily selling hotel rooms and meeting space. She then spent the next ten years selling and marketing training to hotels. Finally, she went back to school and learned how to write computer code. An odd mixture perhaps, but the perfect start to her story.

Later, Holly began developing targeted sales training classes for clients who wanted something new. A way to reach buyers who were no longer picking up the phones. Instead, most buyers wanted to email, or just send out an RFP. Salespeople were becoming more and more frustrated with their inability to cultivate and develop relationships with buyers the way they used to.

Holly is a current member and the immediate past chair of the HSMAI Marketing Advisory Board. During her time there she was a founding coauthor of the CHDM exam and study guide – the certification for hotel digital marketers which has led to her most recent training program – Hotel Digital Marketing Essentials.

She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and author of multiples articles and research in hospitality media including the AHLA Independent Hotels Best Practice Guide for Marketing. She is a recipient of the Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing for her work on advocacy marketing.
