In her current position, she is leading the expansion of Shiji Group in North America and is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for the portfolio of solutions in the region.  Prior to joining Shiji Group,  Jill held leadership positions at Cendyn, TSA Solutions, TravelClick and Hilton Hotels.

She has extensive experience as a leader, mentor and coach of sales and revenue management professionals in the hotel industry.   Jill is a consultative and strategic solution-based sales leader, with deep experience in selling Software as a Service and complex solutions to hotels that improve revenue performance; including CRM, Business Intelligence, Sales Management Systems, Distribution Systems, Website Design & Development and Digital Marketing.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and throughout her career, she has been recognized with various awards for excellence in leadership, sales and revenue management.

Konstantin is a 5+ year hospitality industry sales executive who brings experience in SaaS technology, hotel operations, and accounting. In his current role, he is responsible for providing guest intelligence software to hoteliers primarily in the West Coast. Prior to joining ReviewPro, Konstantin held sales and operations positions at Knowcross, Choice Hotels, and StayNTouch.

Konstantin has successfully helped manage and build out SDR teams, analyze and administrator Salesforce for global sales, and lead teams through different markets to achieve sales goals and KPI’s. He has helped hotels positively change the guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue. He is a strong leader and loves the hotel industry.
